Q: Is Tyler's Gift Baskets based in Tallahassee, FL?

A: Yes, we are located just north of Midtown.


Q: What information do I need to provide for placing an order?

A: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping/delivery information which includes the following:
          - Recipient(s) Name
          - Company Name, if applicable
          - Street number, street name, and suite/apartment/unit number
          - City, state, and zip code
          - Personalized message for the handwritten card
          - Bow colors, up to three different colors (two colors are most popular)
Gift Baskets will not be shipped to a PO Box address, hotels, or hospitals. They can, however, be HAND DELIVERED to hotels and hospitals ONLY in the Tallahassee area.


Q: What if I need more than one basket to be SHIPPED outside of Tallahassee, FL to the same address?

A: These shipments must be placed separately even if these shipments are going to the same address.


Q: What if I need more than one basket to be DELIVERED to the same address in Tallahassee, FL?

A: If you are delivering more than one basket to the SAME address, you may put each person's name in the "personalized message" section when checking out with the message you would like written on the card to each person.

If you are delivering more than one basket to a different address in Tallahassee, FL, you must input these orders separately.


Q: What if I want to add my company’s promotional items or additional product?

A: We will be happy to add any promotional items or custom products. These items can be brought to our location or a pick-up can be scheduled. Tyler’s Gift Baskets does offer promotional items. If you would like to send a gift with promotional items to clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, items must be purchased from Tyler’s Gift Baskets.


Q: Do you offer same day deliveries and shipments?

A: Yes! All orders placed by 1 p.m. EST will be delivered or shipped the same day.


Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order?

A: Once your order has been delivered or shipped, we cannot cancel your order.


Q: Do you offer birthday baskets?

A: You can pick any basket to be wrapped in our birthday cellophane.


Q: Does Tyler’s Gift Baskets customize gift baskets?

A: Yes! Check out our growing list of examples found under the “Custom Basket Examples” tab on the left side of this page.
