Tyler’s Gift Baskets makes sure that each shipping package is packed tight, leaving no room for movement. “Do not Toss” and “Fragile” stickers are placed around the shipping box to make sure that your package arrives in perfect condition. In the event that the package arrives in an unacceptable condition, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. Tyler’s Gift Baskets will replace any basket that arrives damaged. Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Please make sure that you provide the correct address. Tyler’s Gift Baskets is not responsible for packages that were provided incorrect addresses. All gift baskets shipped with an incorrect address will be returned to us. Any return fees charged by UPS will be charged to your account. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left our office, it is out of our hands.
